28 DAY BODY JUMPSTART CHALLENGE Only 10 minutes a day! The 28 Day Jumpstart Challenge is an opportunity to create long lasting habits through micro daily movement sessions using the Never Stop Training philosophy. This challenge is designed for people to push themselves both in the gym and outside the gym. No equipment is needed! Never stop training means you will be training your body from the moment you wake up to the moment you put your head down to sleep through muscle triggering exercises that you perform throughout the day, anywhere, anytime, no matter your current physical condition.
