Description

This class is designed to introduce young athletes to the exciting world of gymnastics. This beginner level class focuses on building strong foundation in basic skills. It enhances physical fitness and body awareness, encouraging a positive attitude toward physical activity, social interaction, and teamwork. This class develops self-confidence and a sense of achievement.
