Join us for a weekly class to improve balance and prevent injury, from a variety of professionals with an array of different backgrounds and different perspectives.
Some classes will be hands on movement, from instructors you may know, and others will be special guests. Some will lecture more, but all will bring their own unique talents, knowledge, and techniques.
Open to members of the Y and the Community! No charge for the class, but registration is requested for each session.
