Description

This class is tailored to participants who have successfully completed a beginner-level gymnastics class or possess equivalent skills. Intermediate Gymnastics focuses on refining technique, expanding skills with progressions, introducing drills, participating in conditioning that focuses on flexibility, and supports intermediate gymnastics demands.
